Can anyone help me with a compact SL6 house alarm my daughter has been living in her house for 6 months and the alarm has been ok,but it has just froze all zone lights are lit accept zone 1 power,tamper and day lights are also lit,the bell box is permantley flashing but with no sound.none of the key pad buttons are working,any advice would be most welcome
