Philips Pronto 950

Has anyone experienced problems with the hard keys on their Philips Pronto 950's. I have two and both have problems with the hard keys not working. They have become unusable for my family who now resort to the original remote controls . I have been told there is a "fault with the circuit board that effects the hard button". I was not impressed to hear this becuase the units are only around a year old.

I am interested to see if anyone else has experienced similar problems and if there is a common problem in these devices.

Hi - Yes I have had the same problem - My hard keys have all stopped working. The unit was just a few days out of warranty and the retailer has so far not helped me out and Philips have just ignored my support emails. I am pretty fed up given how much these things cost. I would recommend any perspective buyers steer clear of investing their hard earned cash with Philips or the retailer I bought mine from.
