    Default Dual line telephone

    Hi Guys,

Slightly off topic but... does anyone know of a telephone with twin line selection?

I've got an office which has got two lines - one normal BT the other a VoIP line. Due to the fact that they aren't integrated, and I don't want anything complicated like a telephone system, I'm looking for a simple (preferably cordless) telephone that allows dual line selection, and if you're on one line, it's possible to tell the other is ringing?

Does anyone know of such a phone?

    Thanks
    Nunners

What VOIP service do you have. As many VOIP boxes only support certain protocols and not others. The reason for asking this is that there are boxes that can take a normal telephone line and a voip line to one telephone.
Siemens do a gigaset model which can be used with VOIP. Its not cheap. Also on the Skype website they sell cordless phones as well that can be used with VOIP and normal lines.
have a look at these phones

Also have a look an EBAY.

Thanks for your response. The setup I've got involves using my own Asterisk Server as a sort of telephone system for the business I have - across three offices.

So SIP would be best and easiest, but then any of the other protocols that Asterisk supports! Not Skype though!

Finally found something within a reasonable budget that supports what I want to do...

Looks like a great piece of kit - ordered one (might need three more shortly)... I'll post a review on here if people think it's worth it.
