There are 2 ways you can do this. You could use a rain8 from www.wgldesigns.com. Its really an irrigation controller, but it would be possible to use it for central heating as long as you got the correct type of valve.
The other option is to use an appliance module and connect it to a mains controlled valve. Or via a 12 to 24v adapter. Many places do irrigation type valves, but these are probably not suitable for heating control.
